Play Jason, Play

It's so fun to watch Jason grow and do all the things that Lydia would never do.  They are opposites in almost everything they did/do as babies.  Lydia hated the exersaucer because she felt confined, while Jason loves it because he feels independent.  He can entertain himself for about 10-20 minutes sometimes which is great when I need to get something done.  Lydia never entertained herself and is only now okay with playing by herself for a while.  It's not because of some "parenting" method that we have done or changed, it's just the way she is and it's just the way he is.  I love that we have been able to experience different things as parents with another baby.
